Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript and Web Workers. The file is read from your device, processed in memory and saved back to your device.
What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
Use Edit PDF to type text, add check marks and sign anywhere on the page.
Which forms are supported?
Standard interactive (AcroForm) PDF forms: text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and lists. Dynamic XFA-only forms need Adobe Acrobat or Reader. Answers are written with a Latin font, so other scripts are not supported yet.
